Gym Upgrade

We are delighted to announce that we have just finished refurbishing the gym and replacing all the equipment. Watch the video above for a preview.

Our Gym, exclusively for the use of owners on our Park, has had a new coat of paint, a new carpet and all new modern machines installed. You can now come in and have a workout on the free weights, rower, elliptical trainer, treadmill, upright bike or the recline bike.

The elliptical trainer & the recline bike have also had upgraded displays allowing you to connect your phone or smart watch for personalised workouts. If you have a ViaFit account (https://www.viafitness.com/en/) you can sign in to track your workouts. Or you can just use the built in workouts.

In addition we have added the mightily impressive Aura Multifunction Trainer which gives you a multitude of choices for upper & lower body workouts.
